Polo levers are made to be able to pull two brakes with one hand.
You don't need to be a polo player, though, as this type of lever is also very useful to those with wrist problems. The twin barrel adjusters allow you to fine-tune your brake feel to your liking.
For 22.2mm handlebars. Right-hand (though you can flip it), hinged clamp, 2-finger lever length.
